Nadja brings over 15 years of experience in business management and human resources, alongside her qualifications in Business Management, Human Resources, and Safety & Lead Auditing. With a strong background in operations, she has quickly become an integral part of the fire protection and safety industry.

In her role as Operations Manager, Nadja oversees the smooth running of A1 Fire & Safety’s business functions.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating HR inductions, payroll, rostering, and staff travel

  • Supervising consultants, administrators, technicians, and offshore teams

  • Managing business licensing, fleet services, and uniform supplies

  • Ensuring fire and electrical supplies are stocked for installation and servicing

  • Coordinating builder installation projects, including certification and compliance

  • Supporting customers with quotations and job completion reports

Nadja plays a vital role in ensuring A1 Fire & Safety maintains its high standards of service delivery across equipment servicing, certification, fire safety audits, evacuation planning, emergency training, and fire equipment supply and installation.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Nadja enjoying the outdoors – whether it’s kayaking on the lake, tending to her rose and dahlia garden, or planting native trees and plants.
